This Data & Rating Policy explains how MonitorSuggest may use votes, ratings, ownership status, after-sales feedback, country signals, Brand Trust Score, and Monitor Reputation Index (MRI).
Community ratings
Community ratings are submitted by visitors. They can help show useful patterns, but they should not be treated as laboratory results, official rankings, or guaranteed product performance. Low sample sizes may be shown with a low-data or early-signal note.
Country-wise signals
Country pages and country filters may use selected country, store mappings, user-submitted feedback, admin-managed notes, and availability data. Country signals can vary because prices, sellers, warranty support, return windows, service centers, and marketplace coverage differ by region.
After-sales feedback
After-sales feedback should come from users who own, previously owned, or used the product or service experience being discussed. Reports may remain pending until reviewed. Verified owner reports may carry stronger trust weight than unverified approved feedback, but even verified feedback is still an individual experience.
Spam and duplicate protection
The site may use technical signals, cookies, moderation queues, ownership status, and optional proof to reduce duplicate votes, spam, abusive submissions, or fake feedback. Private proof should be used for moderation only and should not be displayed publicly as raw evidence.
MRI and Brand Trust Score
MRI and Brand Trust Score are calculated from available site signals. They are intended as research aids, not official certifications, market-share claims, or guarantees of product quality. Scores may change as new monitors, ratings, country data, and community feedback are added.
Manual review
Editors may correct obvious errors, reject spam, adjust low-data labels, or update pages when better information becomes available. The goal is transparency and usefulness rather than inflated scores.
