This Community Review Policy explains how user-submitted monitor ratings, ownership feedback, after-sales experiences, and monitor or brand requests should be handled on MonitorSuggest.
Ownership status
Users may identify whether they own a monitor, previously owned it, used it in another setup, or are planning to buy it. After-sales feedback should come from users who actually owned, used, or dealt with the product, seller, service center, warranty team, or return process being discussed.
Moderation
Reviews, service reports, and feedback may be moderated to reduce spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, unsupported claims, personal attacks, or irrelevant promotion. Pending, rejected, or spam reports should not be counted as public service or trust signals.
Verification and proof
When optional proof is submitted and reviewed by an admin, a report may be marked as verified. Proof is intended for private moderation only. Public pages should show useful summaries rather than exposing order details, invoices, addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive data.
Respectful submissions
Community feedback should be specific, respectful, and relevant. Users should explain the monitor model, country, seller or service context, and what happened. Short spam, abusive text, copied reviews, fake ownership claims, or duplicate entries may be rejected.
Use of reviews
Approved community feedback can influence monitor pages, brand pages, country pages, service experience pages, and aggregate signals. Feedback may be summarized, categorized, or combined with other signals to keep pages readable.
Corrections and removal
If a user believes their submitted feedback needs correction or removal, they can contact MonitorSuggest through the Contact Us page with enough details to identify the submission.
